• Account Management & Insights: It assists in managing the Publisher’s account by providing detailed insights into the most clicked merchant links.
• Link Conversion: It converts all standard merchant links shared by the Publisher on their website into affiliate links.
• Click & Conversion Tracking: It collects and stores data about the links clicked by Users and tracks conversions into actual purchases, enabling Cuelinks to classify and monetize merchant links.
• Content Collection for Link Optimization: It gathers publicly accessible content (e.g., body text) from Publisher sites—or any publicly accessible webpage viewed using Publisher toolbars—to identify and convert product or merchant references into shopping links.
• Cookie-Based Tracking: When a User clicks an outbound link, the code drops a Cuelinks cookie to record anonymous information about the pages, links, and merchants visited across the Publisher network. This information is used to optimize the service, deliver comprehensive reporting and analytics, and ensure that the monetized links correspond to the products and merchants preferred by Users.

Furthermore, by using our services, you expressly acknowledge and permit Cuelinks to share your Personal Information with authorized key partners, third-party service providers, network supporters, and advertisers. This sharing is aimed at optimizing our service and effectively managing your relationship with us.

This policy must specify that Publishers are engaged in affiliate marketing through Cuelinks and clearly state that Cuelinks does not intentionally obtain or store any personally identifiable information about Users at any time. However, if a User employs a Publisher toolbar, such information may be inadvertently captured by Cuelinks if it is displayed on the visited website and that website lacks sufficient security safeguards. Although this information may be processed by us, it is not used for any purpose nor passed on to third parties, and it is automatically discarded after the page load.

Publishers must also provide full details to Users about the Cuelinks cookies that are dropped onto their devices via Publisher websites and toolbars when affiliate links are clicked. During such transactions, Users might enter purchase order details (e.g., delivery address, name, bank details, etc.) on the Merchant’s website. It is important to note that Merchant websites have their own privacy policies. Cuelinks’ Privacy Policy applies exclusively to the information collected by Cuelinks on the Cuelinks platform and the LetsEarn app. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, the privacy practices of Merchant websites. We encourage Users to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites before sharing any personal information.
• Cookies and Affiliate Tracking: We use cookies to collect the information necessary to optimize the product and Merchant links we create and to improve the services we offer to both Publishers and Users. Importantly, Cuelinks does not drop any third-party cookies via our own JavaScript, ensuring that Users’ data and privacy are protected as described.For the purpose of facilitating referral fees and commissions, Cuelinks collaborates with affiliate and ad networks that manage direct Merchant relationships. When a User clicks on a link generated by our services, an anonymous identifier (or unique identifier) is attached via a Cuelinks cookie. This identifier is passed to the appropriate affiliate network to track whether a purchase occurs on the Merchant website. The information gathered is solely used for optimizing the service provided to the User. Please note that the affiliate and ad networks may use their own cookies to monitor sales, and Cuelinks has no control over these cookies, which are dropped via Publisher websites and toolbars.
