Restrictions:

1- PPC Guidelines as follows:
a- You may not bid on any of our Trademarked Terms (defined below), including any variations or misspellings thereof for search or content-based campaigns on Google, Yahoo, Bing, Ask or any other network.
b- You may not use our Trademarked Terms in sequence with any other keyword (i.e. Wyzant Coupons or Rosetta Stone Coupons).
c- You may not use our Trademarked Terms in your ad title, ad copy, display name or as the display url.
d- If you automate your PPC campaigns, you are responsible for excluding our Trademarked Terms from your program; we strongly suggest you add our Trademarked Terms as negative keywords. We have a strict zero tolerance policy on PPC trademark bidding, and any such conduct that has not been previously approved by us in writing shall result in you forfeiting all commissions for a minimum of 30 days prior to the violation.

2- No Pop or Siteunder traffic.
3- No paid social media traffic. 4- Coupon usage guidelines:
a- You may ONLY advertise coupon codes and offers that are provided to you through Impact.
b- You may NOT advertise promotions obtained from our non-affiliate advertising, customer e-mails, paid search, or any other campaign.
c- On click through, you must link directly to one of our Websites. Framing of any of our Websites is strictly prohibited.
d- Cookie Stuffing: You must not mislead customers into clicking on an offer/coupon that does not exist or practice similarly deceptive tactics which are generally accepted as "cookie stuffing." These include, but are not limited to: using knowingly expired offers, presenting offers that do not exist, presenting a button that claims to show all offers which sets the affiliate cookie, and technology which generates a click/sets the cookie from the action of copying a coupon code.
e- Your Websites may not have "Click To Reveal,""Click for (or to see) Deal/Coupon," or any variation thereof, where clicking the link does not lead to an actual coupon or deal, but merely opens the merchant site or sets a cookie. Violators are subject to immediate removal from the Program.
