Search Campaigns - Protected SEM Bidding Keywords 

Publishers are prohibited from using our branded terms in search marketing campaigns, including any variations or misspellings of Hopper, Hopper.com, www.hopper.com. Furthermore, Publishers will not bid on any keyword, term or domain name containing the trademarks of a Travel Supplier or any derivations or misspellings thereof. For clarity, Hopper will not pay the Revenue Share for such traffic resulting from any Publisher bids on such keywords.

Publishers are prohibited from using our branded terms in SEM Display URL Content, including any variations or misspellings of Hopper, Hopper.com, and www.hopper.com. Furthermore, Publishers will not include any term or domain name containing the trademarks of a Travel Supplier or any derivations or misspellings thereof in their SEM Display URL Content.

Search Campaigns - Prohibited SEM Ad Copy Content 

Ad copy must not be deceptive and must accurately reflect current promotions. Publishers are prohibited from using our branded terms in SEM Ad Copy Content including any variations or misspellings of Hopper, Hopper.com and www.hopper.com.

Web Site - Prohibited Web Site Domain Keywords 

Publishers are prohibited from using our branded terms in their Web Site Domain Keywords including any variations or misspellings of Hopper, Hopper.com, or the Travel Suppliers’ domain names or trademarks, or the domain names or trademarks of third parties competing with Hopper, or any variations, translations or misspellings thereof, included as part of the address.

Web Site - Prohibited Web Site URL Keywords 

Publishers are prohibited from using our branded terms in their Web Site URL Keywords including any variations or misspellings of Hopper, Hopper.com, or the Travel Suppliers’ domain names or trademarks, or the domain names or trademarks of third parties competing with Hopper, or any variations, translations or misspellings thereof, included as part of the address.

Web Site - Prohibited Web Site Content 

At all times during your participation in the Affiliate Program, you will ensure that your Partner Site(s) do not: - Depict or promote: violence or sexually explicit material; material that is fraudulent, defamatory or obscene; or any material that contains misinformation/fake news; - Reproduce content from other websites without express license or permission or without proper accreditation or reference where required; - Promote illegal activities or unlawful discrimination of any kind; - Promote or contain any materials which infringe or assist others to infringe the Intellectual Property Rights of others; - Contain any images or content that is in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing or racially, ethically or otherwise objectionable; - Use any services or practices to mask or hide your IP address and/or your referring URLs; - Contain any spyware, malware, adware, virus, worm, trojan horse, or other subversive, malicious, or harmful code, or any application not expressly and knowingly authorized by Users prior to being downloaded or installed on their computer or other device.

Web Site - Unacceptable Web Sites 

Prohibited sites are those with political, violent, hate language or adult content. We also do not accept web sites that act as a travel agent.

Web Site - Use of Logos and Trademarks in Web sites 

Publishers can only use logos and images provided in the Cuelinks Account Manager to promote Hopper.

Publishers may only use coupons and promotional codes that are provided exclusively through the affiliate program

Miscellaneous - Special Instructions 

Affiliate’s ad copy cannot contain misspellings, incorrect grammar or false or misleading statements regarding discounts or coupons. It is the Affiliate’s responsibility to expire deals, promotions & offers in accordance with any date restrictions on Hopper's ad campaigns. Ad copy should always represent Hopper in a professional manner. Claims such as ‘official site’ or 'exclusive partner' can never be used in ad copy.
