Program Terms :

Our publishers are not allowed to submit unclear or misleading information about our brand, our products or about where the transactions will finally be done. It is prohibited to use our brand, it’s logo or ads in combination with content which might be of bad taste, displeasing, offensive, glorifying violence, discriminating, pornographic or political.

It is not allowed to use our brand’s name in terms of comparative advertising and it is never allowed to change our brand’s logo.

Keyword Advertising : It is prohibited to use direct links from this network in search engines and/or to buy GLOSSYBOX brand keywords in any combination.

Special Ads - Publishers are prohibited from using GLOSSYBOX ads in frames, iframes, pop­ups and pop­unders as well as any integration in software applications.

Cookie Dropping - Publishers are not allowed to make use of cookie dropping. Any kind of doing so without having a user seen or clicked on an ad will immediately lead to the exclusion from our affiliate partnership.

Coupons - Platforms are only allowed to use or list coupons which are individually generated for this dedicated partnership on this affiliate network. Old or inactive coupons have to be deleted from any platform.Please be aware that continued lack of compliance to the rules mentioned above and the below terms and conditions could result in your affiliate status being revoked and all accruing commissions reversed.

PPC - We do not allow affiliates to promote us via PPC

Vouchers - Any promotional and incentive offers and codes must be authorised through cuelinks. Use of unauthorised codes will result in non-payment of commission and possible suspension from the programme

Branding :

1.1   We reserve the right to monitor Your Site at any time to confirm compliance with this Agreement and any Engagement. You are fully responsible for all content, links and activities conducted on the Your Site.

1.2   At any time prior to You displaying a Qualifying Link on one of Your websites, We may, with or without notice (a) change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of an Offer or an Engagement or (b) remove, alter, or modify any graphic or banner ad that we have submitted for an Offer or an Engagement.  You agree to promptly implement any request from Us to remove, alter or modify any such graphic or banner ad.

1.3 SEM is allowed, but brand bidding, direct Linking and Ad Hijacking is prohibited.

PPC Policy Definition :

If publishers promote you via PPC, will they be entitled to full commission? - No
If publishers directly link to your website from search engines, will they receive full commission? - No
If publishers use your brand name in their display URL, will they receive full commission? - No
If publishers use your brand name in their paid search title and description, will they receive full commission? - No
If publishers add your brand name into their negative keyword list, will they receive full commission? - No
If publishers display their ads when your brand name or variations of your brand name are entered as search keywords, will they receive full commission? (e.g. vodafone, voda fone) - No
If publishers display their ads when misspellings of your brand name are entered as search keywords will they receive full commission? (e.g. vodofone) - No
If publishers display their ads when your brand name and another word are entered as search keywords, will they receive full commission? (e.g. Vodafone Mobile) - No
Do you have a restricted group of publishers who can earn commission on sales generated by brand related terms? - No
For any agreed publisher paid search activity, will publishers be paid for sales generated from the following search engines? - No
Google, Yahoo, Bing, Other - No
Are there any specific search terms (keywords) where sales from publisher PPC ads will not be eligible to earn commission - No

Does the transaction value that commissions are paid on include VAT / sales tax? - Yes
Does the transaction value that commissions are paid on include delivery charges? - No
Does the transaction value that commissions are paid on include credit card fees? - No
Does the transaction value that commissions are paid on include gift wrapping or other service charges? - No
Are commissions not paid out on some products or product categories? - Yes
